In this example, we show you how to add physicians to the list of physicians contained within the database.  This list contains hundreds of physicians and is handled differently than the menu drop down for short lists (like the list of Allergies, for example).  Accessing them to make additions to the list is done by clicking on the appropriate button in the “Maintenance” tab on the Main Navigation Center (That’s where you land when you log in).  Examples include 1) Physicians, 2) Diagnoses, 3) Medications and 4) EM Codes.  Adding new diagnoses to the “Diagnoses” list, new medications to the “Medications” list and new EM codes to the “EM Codes” list are done in exactly the same fashion.  Just click on the appropriate button under the Maintenance tab and follow the directions from there.
