In this example, we show you how the physician (or the office nurse) can create requests for labs and/or Xrays whether those tests are to be done within the office or outsourced to an outside facility such as an out of town lab, local Xray clinic, or local hospital.  The tests or Xrays that are to be done within the office can be labeled as such so that everyone knows they are to be done within the office/clinic.
