In this example, we show you how to post the results of previously ordered labs and Xrays, regardless of where those tests were done (in office or via an outside lab).  If you have access to a resource lab that provides your results online, then we can provide an easy way for you to transfer those results directly into your EMR and even highlight the abnormal/important results into the note for that day.  Otherwise, you can simply enter the basic results of the lab or Xray into the Lab & Xray section of the database and it is visible to the physician from that point forward as part of the patient’s record.
